I am a Risk Officer in an international banking group and I need to make sure my customers’ investments are environmentally, socially, politically responsible in order not to endanger my company’s reputation.
I then need real-time alerts on those customers news that could affect my image:
- Do they respect workers rights?
- Do they use polluting/dangerous substances?
- Do they deal with repressive regimes?
I set up an email alert linking each customer monitored to different types of risks. I will receive an alert each time one or several articles quote providers and those specific risks. I will then be able to quantify/qualify risks and take appropriate measures.
